Mr. Lee graduated from Emory University in 1987 and went on to graduate from Western Michigan University School of Law. After graduating from Law School, he started his legal career by joining the Fulton County Solicitor-General's Office and prosecuted all misdemeanors, including DUIs, committed within Fulton County as a Senior Assistant Solicitor-General. After several years at the Solicitor's Office, Mr. Lee moved on to the Fulton County District Attorney's Office where he prosecuted Major felonies including: Murder, Armed Robbery, Rape, Kidnapping, and Aggravated Assaults to name a few. After four (4) years and some 3000 cases later, he left the Fulton District Attorney's Office and joined the DeKalb County District Attorney's Office.
After successfully prosecuting every type of crime for over 10 years, Mr. Lee decided to pursue his passion for helping people and he founded the Law Office of David S. Lee, LLC. Mr. Lee, being a trial attorney at heart, focused his practice to DUI and criminal defense. Over the years, Mr. Lee has enjoyed numerous successes and victories in the area of criminal defense. He has also represented numerous “high profile” case and clients including former Atlanta Falcon’s starting Quarterback Michael Vick.
